The information in the reports comes directly from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DMV). Our agency cannot make changes to the record we can only provide you with a copy.

We are in compliance with the Standards of Practice of the American Polygraph Association (APA) and The Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws and regulations under the United States Department of Labor.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act place certain restrictions on Driving Records as well other consumer reports. All reports require a permissible purpose for ordering. If you are an employer, the FCRA requires that you obtain a signed release from your applicant or employee before requesting any records. Failure to abide by these laws may subject you and your company to legal risk or penalties.
